Steak sandwich with onions, salad and blue cheese
Upgrade your sandwich repertoire with this creation featuring fried onions, blue cheese, arugula and tender slices of medium-rare beef. The sandwich doesn't take long to make, and it beats the classic ham and cheese version by miles. If you're not a fan of blue cheese, you can use another type of cheese instead. Feel free to choose one with a bit of flavor such as a good gruyere or similar.
